Can the logo placement be customized?
Send the original artwork, required print dimensions and the visible face after folding. Confirm the proof before production.
Are unfolded and folded sizes the same?
No. Specify both measurements. For a square 1/4 fold, each folded side is one half of the unfolded side; special pocket folds need a separate drawing.
How are pack counts confirmed?
List sheets per pack and packs per carton separately. Confirm label wording and sample packaging before ordering.
